1. Expected Professional Conduct
We expect all participants, speakers, exhibitors, and staff to uphold high professional standards during all fair sessions, speed pitch events, networking receptions, and online forums:
- Respect and Inclusivity: Treat every attendee with dignity regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, or religion.
- Intellectual Property Integrity: Respect copyright ownership and intellectual property rights during manuscript reviews and translation rights negotiations.
- Constructive Dialogue: Engage in professional, constructive discourse during panel discussions, indie author forums, and Q&A sessions.

2. Unacceptable Behavior
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, unauthorized photography or video recording, inappropriate physical contact, or disruptive behavior during keynote addresses.
3. Incident Reporting & Escalation
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please report it immediately to our confidential safety team or on-site floor managers. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality.
